Contact us via email, facebook, or instagram with your postponement details and your new wedding date. If you have rented a bridal gown please indicate so that we can ensure your gown is available for your new date.
1. Product Ordered - If your product was ordered or in store you are expected to pay your balance to receive the product. If the balance is not paid you forfeit your deposit and the product. Once the bride has notified that the wedding is canceled a date will be set for all balances to be paid.
2. Product Not Ordered - If you have paid the deposit and the product was not ordered as yet please refer to our refund policy.

Most of our gowns require three measurements,
BUST WAIST AND HIPS!
Our designer lengths are standard averaging 58-60 inches in length. For taller persons extra length is available at an additional cost.
For our private label brands we will provide the bride with the measurements needed.
Once you have booked with The Wright Dress you can request a fabric sample for your other vendors.
At the The Wright Dress there is a NO CASH BACK policy. We do offer store credits on any product or service available.
Gowns and dresses are ordered based on the measurements taken. If you have gained or lost weight when the dress arrives we do have an onsite seamstress available to alter your gown at an additional cost.
Our gowns and dresses are ordered based on our supplier's size chart. We order the gowns to fit your measurements.
Persons may have unproportional measurements ( larger busts, waistlines or hips)the gown will be ordered to fit these parts. Our gowns are not custom made so you can expect that some alterations will be necessary.
